On double-pumping - it&#039;s actually pretty easy once you get the hang of it.  I used rubber bands, four in total.  Loop two of them together, put one around the shield, and hang the other off the nursing bra clip.  The suction will keep it where it needs to be once you adjust to get it in place.  No expensive pumping bra needed, and hands free (I pumped at my desk at work and still got work accomplished).  

Another trick is to turn the pump on before you attach it to boob, so the suction is right there and you don&#039;t have to juggle holding both shields with one arm with turning on the machine.]]></description>
